QAP For  Impact Sockets

1) Material
a) Grade :- En-47.
b) Ultrasonic test to be done before dispatch from ware house.
c) Chemical Testing to be done.

2) Design
Check the Drawing before manufacturing.

3) Manufacturing
a) Cutting material of correct diameter & Length.
b) Pre-turning before CNC M/C.
c) CNC turning.
d) Inspection to be done according to the drawing with vernier.(Pre slotting)
e) Hex/Bihex on vmc or slotting.
f) Squaring to be done on Slotting or Broaching M/C.
g) Chamfering, Drilling, Deburring is done.
h) Inspection with gauges to done(100%).(Pre-hardening)
i) Engraving to be done if required.
j) Hardening to be done.
Hardness testing to be done(10% per batch).
Hardness certificate to be submitted.
k) Shot blasting, Blackoxidising.
l) Marking-- Laser.
m) Final Inspection (review all the in process report)
Final inspection report to be submitted before despatch.
Torque Test Report
Torque Chart, indicating the maximum torque of our impact Sockets and withstand.
