HEAT TREATMENT
An exhaustive heat treatment including special multiple tempering cycle is carried out on electric salt bath tempering furnaces filled with automatic temperature controllers with temperatures maintained to an accuracy on +/-5 Degree C
HARDNESS TESTING
HARDNESS CHECKING : A 100% check is carried out on each and every piece after every stage of temper.
Also after final stage of manufacturing Hardness Certification is provided along with the product
PRODUCT FINISHING
FINISHING : All Sockets and Accessories are finished Black using a Patented rust resistant Manganese Phosphating process.
Product Packaging
We are now using 7Ply Corrugated boxes for individual sockets and individual sockets are then packed in Master Box of 7 Ply.
